Check Calendar Sync Settings:
- Go to Settings > Calendar.
- Tap Sync.
- If it is set to something like "Events 1 Month Back" or "Events 6 Months Back," your older events might not be showing. Try changing it to All Events.
- (Note: If it's already on "All Events," try switching it to another option like "Events 6 Months Back," waiting a few minutes, and then switching it back to "All Events" to force a full re-sync.)
Toggle iCloud Calendar Off and On:
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] at the top > iCloud.
- Tap Show All (under "Apps Using iCloud").
- Find Calendar and turn the toggle OFF. Your iPhone might ask if you want to keep data—choose "Delete from My iPhone" (don't worry, they're safe in iCloud).
- Restart your iPhone.
- Go back to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Show All > Calendar and turn the toggle back ON. This forces a fresh download from iCloud.
Check for Account Issues (If you use a non-iCloud calendar):
- Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts.
- Tap the account that is missing events (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
- Make sure the Calendar toggle is switched ON for that account. You can also try toggling it OFF and then back ON to force a sync.
Check on iCloud.com:
- On a computer, log in to iCloud.com and open the Calendar app there.
- If your appointments are visible on iCloud.com, the issue is definitely on your iPhone's syncing or display settings.
- If they are missing from iCloud.com too, they may have been accidentally deleted, and you might be able to use the Restore Calendars feature under "Account Settings" (on iCloud.com, not your phone).
