LibreOffice Writer under Parallels and Dragon NS

Using Windows 10 on Parallels Desktop, with Dragon Naturally Speaking, LibreOffice Writer was doing great. But with a recent Windows update, strange things are happening: dictating any word gets the advice "unknown text field; consider using Dictation Box" and a command like Copy That or Delete That gets "cannot find any matching text," yet commanding or pressing Ctrl-C or Ctrl-X work normally. Any ideas?

(Following up on my earlier post.) Naturally, I restarted everything, cleared every cache, etc.: same results. Going back to the OpenOffice Writer that I'd been using before, however, there's no such problem.
