Keep getting "System No SIM Available" message

(iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 18.7.1) For the last 3 days I keep getting the same message randomly throughout the day (the first day it happened maybe 6 times, yesterday and today 2x each). I've restarted my phone to no avail. I turned off SIM PIN which also doesn't help. Any advice will be appreciated.
