Iphone 17 Pro IOS 26 dropping wifi and bluetooth connections

I have seen some others are experiencing this also but my phone is constantly disconnecting from bluetooth / CarPlay devices then randomly reconnecting. I am not sure if it's a software or hardware issue. I traded in my 16PRO before upgrading to IOS 26. the 16PRO worked perfectly but have had non stop issues with the 16pro connectivity.

Re: Iphone 17 Pro IOS 26 dropping wifi and bluetooth connections

If you haven't already: You may want to update the iOS to iOS 26.0.1.

Apple Support's online article: About iOS 26 Updates - Apple Support

Eg: Says:

"This update provides important bug fixes and security updates for your iPhone, including fixes for the following issues:

  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth may occasionally disconnect on iPhone 17, iPhone Air, and iPhone 17 Pro models ... ... "

________

Reminder: It is always wise to back up iPhone before updating the iOS version.
