iPhone 13 Pro Max 0.5 camera not working

out of nowhere I went to use the 0.5 camera and it is not working it goes straight to 2x. When I check this in settings it says unknown part and that I may have had it serviced by third party which I have never done, my phone has never been serviced.

i have not dropped or bumped my phone, I see this is a glitch that has become more common. Can Apple do a software update to fix this as I have tried hard reset and nothing it is still a problem,

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
