Lost iPhone 16 Pro Max – Find My turned off, IMEI

Hello Apple Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding my lost iPhone 16 Pro Max

Here is what happened:

I was preparing to sell my phone, so I signed out of iCloud while I was at home and left the phone on my bed. Later, I noticed that my phone was missing. It might have been taken by either our housekeeper or my mother’s caregiver, but I’m not sure exactly who.

Currently, the device still appears under my Apple ID → Devices list, but since Find My was turned off, I can’t locate it via iCloud. I no longer have physical access to the device, and I’m very worried because I can’t track or secure it myself.

Could you please help me by locking this IMEI / device or marking it as lost in your system to prevent anyone else from using it? I can provide proof of purchase if required.
