can I give access to my iCloud account to my admin
I need my admin to see all of my emails and my calendar. How can I give her access to my iCloud email?

Outside of handing your admin your account password, there is no way to do this.
Why do you need the admin to see your email and calendar exactly?
Do you trust this person with the keys to the Apple kingdom? They will have access to everything.
Also, if you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication, you will be required to give the admin the 6 digit access code to complete the login process.
