Deleting Amazon Returns from Apple Iphone Wallet

Hi Cherie,

Update to iOS 26.3 released over a week ago. If you’re updated to 26.3, you’re at most current version.

Once updated check the Wallet app for the More Button (three days in upper right corner of the screen). Clicking the Side Button (power button) does not open the Wallet app. Side Button clicks activate Apple Pay, prepares default payment method and initiates biometric authentication.

Wallet app looks like this,

Open Wallet app and if More Button is missing, remove all cards. Delete Wallet app. Restart iPhone, and then download and install fresh copy of Apple Wallet app from Apple App Store.

Every time I ask a question I get it figured out before there is an answer. Every dang time. I even wait sometime before asking. Doesn’t work. So I asked how to get the app on my Home Screen and 3 seconds later I figured it out. Thanks 😊 all done now.

When I opened apple wallet and selected the 3 dots all I got were options for more apps. No options to remove pass. I’m really annoyed about this because I never use apple wallet much less linked it to my Amazon. I wish Apple and Amazon would stop making these decisions for me. The only option that as available was to remove my debit and credit cards. I never gave all of m my credit info to AW either.

Apple is too aggressive about procuring my payment info and getting me to use this app. So now there’s no readily available remedy to

unlink Amazon from apple wallet even though they were easily linked without my input.

I have tried all of the options I have read here. No matter how I open the app there are not 3 dots to click on to delete the return. I have tried opening it through my home screen, through the index with all my apps and from the App Store. All the pictures are below explaining what I have done.

From the App Store, I find Apple Wallet

I open it. I scrolled up on the screen for security sake.

I click on the return I would like to delete. No 3 dots???

Please help me😵‍💫

I just deleted the app. I had to remove all of my cards before it would delete it. Then add the app back. When I went back in using the App Store and the app on the home screen,the three dots were still not there.

Just to be clear, this is only the Amazon return QR code codes. This has nothing to do with the passes.

I tried taking bold print in accessibility off. The three dots are still not there.

Is anyone else having this problem on their iPhone 15 Pro and have you been able to resolve this this issue? Please help. This is so frustrating.

There are three settings that must me at default, Display Zoom, Font Size and Bold Text.

A screen shot would be especially useful in diagnosing the issue of the above settings changes does not resolve the issue.

I just updated my phone (auto updates didn’t work) and I still can’t delete the old things in my wallet (primarily Amazon returns) there are no 3 dots and more just asks me who I want to send them to. Augh

What exactly are you trying to delete?

Amazon passes that I’ve used

I don’t have that option to remove pass
