Deleting Amazon Returns from Apple Iphone Wallet

I have searched high and low for a way to do delete amazon returns from my Iphone wallet and while there are numerous descriptions out there, none of them correspond to my Iphone 16 Pro. There is no "more" icon, and there is no way that I can conceive of to accomplish this. Anyone out there that has figured this out?

I FIGURED IT OUT! You have to open the actual Wallet app rather than the shortcut double tap side button. See attached. I don’t know if that’s a bug, but seems the three dots icon should be there regardless of how you access the items.

Click the three dots icon and choose Remove Pass 😊

Update to iOS 26.3 released over a week ago. Once updated check the Wallet app for the More Button (three days in upper right corner of the screen). Clicking the Side Button (power button) does not open the Wallet app. Side Button clicks activate Apple Pay, prepares default payment method and initiates biometric authentication.

Wallet app looks like this,

Open Wallet app and if More Button is missing, remove all cards. Delete Wallet app. Restart iPhone, and then download and install fresh copy of Apple Wallet app from Apple App Store.

A couple of things to understand. Settings is not the app. Settings changes how the app works, but basic app functions, like More button (3 dots), is not a setting, but rather a function of the app. The Wallet app can be accessed by tapping the app.

If tapping app does not open it, you can delete it. Tap and hold your finger on the app, and a popup will appear. See screenshot below.

Please remove all cards before deleting Wallet app.

Wallet app can also be found in Apple Library if you don’t want to delete app.

Ok. So how do I install the app like that. Super weird.

It is either in one of your Folders on a Home Screen or in the Apple Library. Go into the App Library by swiping all the way to the left and then swipe down on that screen to view all apps alphabetically. Scroll down to "Wallet" and drag it to any Home Screen you wish.

You can choose to remove any App from a Home Screen and the app is not actually deleted and can be found in the App Library. You can also choose to have the same app seen on several Home Screens. How you organize your Home Screens are up to you. It is possible to delete an app where it is deleted from your Home Screen and your device, but that is not what has been done with the Wallet app on your device and why you saw the Open button when viewed in the App Store.

No need to delete and reinstall the Wallet app, it is working like it should. You just need to place it in a location where you can find it if you want to.

While on Amazon preparing a return, it was suggested that I put the return information into my Amazon wallet. This is a very nifty function in that you can see the product, the QR code, the last day to return the product. After returning the product today, I was unable to delete The Amazon return from my Apple wallet.

So this is in Amazon's own Wallet app? If that's the case, then this is a question for Amazon support not an Apple forum.

You’re welcome. Glad I could help. This new feature is truly handy once you know the trick on deleting the old ones.

I will submit a feature request that the three dot menu be added to the quick access screen, as well as the main app screen. That would reduce a lot of confusion. I would never have guessed the Wallet app would have different features from the quick access page.

Thank you. That’s why we go in circles. People give the info on how to remove things but if those things do not pop up on the app well how can I follow through correctly? Things apple allows like cards passes tickets things like that they are self explanatory easily done. So I think some people quick to to give answers on the basic operating system. But if they have not had the experience of these things happening then they can not give factual info regarding that one particular issue. Common sense. Facts have to apply. Thank you.

My iPhone says I’m updated. Don’t know how to update when it says there is no update. I have no dots on Apple wallet app.

The Screenshot you want to post is at Settings > General > Software Update. The one you posted is at Settings > General > About > iOS Version, and does not show you if an update is available.

Hi Cherie,

Update to iOS 26.3 released over a week ago. If you’re updated to 26.3, you’re at most current version.
