Deleting Amazon Returns from Apple Iphone Wallet

Where in Wallet exactly are you seeing these?

If they are part of the card transaction history, that can't be deleted. It's required by tax law in many countries to keep a record of all operations on a banking instrument like a credit or debit card.

A lot of people are responding to your question saying this isn’t a thing. I started using this new option from Amazon and have the same question. I’ve included screenshots for those who are so certain this isn’t possible.

One of the responses above fixed it for me, you have to go into the actual Wallet app, don’t use the shortcut of pressing the side button twice. If you open the actual app and scroll down, you can see your Amazon returns, then select the one you want to delete and click the three dots in the upper right corner and select “Remove Pass”.

I got the same! However I don’t have remove pass in my three dots just pass details. If you use apple wallet as I do daily, it’s so annoying. I need to be able to control what’s in my wallet, apple needs to sort the wallet out better!

Are you in the Wallet app? What you’re describing sounds like the Apple Pay payment screen that you access by double clicking the side button. You cannot access the Wallet app by double clicking the side button.

Hi Jeff, yep, in the wallet not Apple Pay. I can’t even see the passes in my wallet, I’ve got hide expired passes ON. If I go into Apple Pay and click the Amazon pass, all I get is pass details if I click the 3 dots. If I’m in the apple wallet I can’t even see the passes. If I click on view expired passes in the wallet it doesn’t even give me the Amazon ones that are actually still showing on my Apple Pay. It’s so frustrating

I figured it out. I was trying to remove them from my wallet by opening the Apple Pay method (pressing the lock button two times). Instead, you have to actually open the Wallet app and remove it from there! So confusing because they look exactly the same for the most part.

Do you have any cards in your Apple Wallet? If so, the next step requires removing all cards from the Wallet app, deleting the app, reinstalling the app and finally adding the cards back into the newly installed Wallet app.

If you have a lot of cards, it can be time consuming.

Amazon Wallet and Apple Wallet are two entirely different applications and services. The two different apps and services are not connected in any way.

Are you in Apple Wallet app? The Wallet app is not the Settings app.
