Homekit accessory out of compliance

The problem is that the camera/hub wont connect to the apple home app. 

So after the ios 26 update, the aqara child devices wheren't working properly. I decided to delete the camera/hub from my home and pair it again. When i tried to pair it by scanning the QR in the home app, the phone showed me that it's trying to pair. Then, the camera/hub says "pairing is complete" but the phone says "unable to add accessory, accessory out of compliance". Even though it connects to the aqara app, it wont connect to the home app. 

I tried reseting the homepod mini, deleting my home reseting my iphone 11, reseting the camera and deleting it from the aqara app

I need to be ablle to connect to the home app because it records to the iCloud. Otherwise the homepod is useless to me.
