Popular apps not showing up in Search

When migrating to the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max from my 16 Pro Max I decided to create it from scratch and not leverage an iCloud backup of the 16 Pro.

I have several apps that I frequently use, such as Chase, VIP, Citibank, etc. When I swipe down from the Home Screen to search, and enter one of these, the App does not show up. I have to scroll all the way down to open the search in the App Store where I click to open it from there. I have a lot of Apps on my iPhone, but it is very inconvenient to have to search, scroll, search Apps store, and then open a frequently used App. Do you have a way to assist? Also, and maybe too many apps on my iPhone, but I cannot move things to my front Home Screen page anymore. Ideally, I would love to reorganize the pages and groups from my macOS for my iPhone because it is nearly impossible with so many apps to do this one by one. Any help appreciated.
