No option for my apps to allows access for photos, microphones and all the other permissions.

when my apps try to access photos/camera/microphone it tells me to allow it from setting and takes me to all the permissions for that app in settings. But there are no options to add/allow it for permissions. When i try to do it through settings > privacy > photos/camera , it shows me “Apps that have requested access to photos/ camera will appear here” but i dont see any app list displayed over there. It was working fine before it just started doing it today .

Before we work on troubleshooting, there are several things that outside parties can block sharing :

Parental controls
MDM - Mobile Device Management, that is typically built into an iPhone that is issued by a business or school
A Work or school email account on your iPhone

If none of these apply, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/Privacy and make sure all options are set to Allow.
