Microphone is enabled all the time
This is the second time I am facing the issue in my iPhone‘s microphone is enabled all the time without having any access to Siri or any other applications

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Vocal Shortcuts and make sure it's off. When enabled, it constantly listens for certain keywords from you to perform certain actions, which requires the microphone always enabled.
