Cloudflare human verification loop issue for website access security

Hello Apple Support,

I am experiencing a persistent issue on my iPhone with Safari (and other browsers like Chrome, Brave, Firefox) when accessing a specific website (nonkyc.io). The problem occurs during the Cloudflare human verification step (click-based “I’m not a robot” or Turnstile).

Issue Details:

1. On my iPhone (latest iOS version), the Cloudflare verification enters an infinite loopand never completes.

2. The same website works perfectly on a Windows laptop with the same network, even using the same VPN.

3. I have already tried the following steps, all without success:

• Disabling iCloud Private Relay

• Clearing site-specific Safari cookies and data

• Using multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, Brave, Firefox)

• Changing networks (Wi-Fi, mobile data, VPN)

• Ensuring no content blockers or ad-block apps interfere

4. Even after a full iPhone restart and network resets, the problem persists.

Observations:

• The issue seems iOS-specific and does not occur on Windows.

• The infinite loop happens immediately after the Cloudflare human verification step.

• It is unclear whether this is caused by iOS, Safari, network, or Cloudflare interaction.

Request:

• Could Apple confirm if any iOS Safari features (such as Private Relay, Intelligent Tracking Prevention, WebKit JS behavior, or network handling) could cause this infinite loop with Cloudflare verification widgets?

• Could Apple provide guidance or escalate this to investigate potential compatibility issues between iOS Safari and Cloudflare Turnstile verification?
