Communicating with Apple support

I’ve been communicating with Apple supportvia Apple support app and I got suspicious coz they asked me to take picture from my Apple ID details, and I noticed once I sent him the picture they directly have access to my files, now they called me from this number ********** Cork.co Ireland???

Apple does have a center in Cork but it is also not all that difficult to fake a calling location. On the other hand, if you were using Apple's official support app then it should only have gone to Apple itself.


They should never ask to see your password.
