If you want an iPhone with a warranty in India, buy your phone in India. An iPhone purchased in the US will NOT have warranty in India. Buyer beware. We've given you the right advice. It's your money, so don't waste it.
Warranty is not international and only applies to the region of purchase. There is no guarantee that you will be able to acquire service in India.
