I can't create an account using the email which was connected to appleid I removed 2 months ago

Hi there,

I've an issue with creating an account for my daughter. Around 2 months ago, I created an account for her (at September 6th) using an email kinakh.*****@gmail.com. After a few days of testing, I deleted it. After that, I received a code to access that Apple account until it's completely deleted. Approximately 3 weeks after (September 23rd), I received an SMS that the account had been completely removed.

Temporarily, I've granted her access to one of my OLD AppleID accounts, which I'm using for some work stuff. Now, after more than a month from receiving that her kinakh.*****@gmail.com Apple account was removed I decided to add her kinakh.*****@gmail.com on https://account.apple.com/account/manage but I'm getting this "Sorry, we can't handle your request, please try layer"

The same issue happens when I try to do the same on her phone.

Can someone help me?

BTW, I've already even tried to use that email (kinakh.*****@gmail.com) to create a new Apple ID account, but no luck. Reset the password for it also does not work.

Looks like that account is locked or smth on the Apple side.

Since you deleted the account rather than letting it remain open and simply removing the email address:

“Can I use the primary email address for my deleted Apple Account to create a new Apple Account or with another existing Apple Account?

No, once your Apple Account is deleted, you can’t use the email address that you used with it to create a new Apple Account for as long as Apple retains the one-way hash of the email address. For third-party (non-Apple) domain accounts, the one-way hash is deleted after six years. For other accounts, this is retained according to Apple's retention policy, which is reviewed regularly. In addition, you can’t use that email address with another existing Apple Account except as a rescue email. Also, if your primary Apple Account email address is with a Custom Email Domain, it can never be reused to create an Apple Account after your Apple Account is deleted, even if the domain ownership changes.”

Sorry, but according to this Apple Support page, the email address can not be used anymore to create a new Apple Account:

You could try to get the account working again, as outlined in: https://support.apple.com/102559

"What happens if I change my mind after I have requested that my account be deleted?

While your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support [call them at a telephone number for your country --> https://support.apple.com/106932 ] with the unique alphanumeric access code you received, and we’ll help you cancel your request. After your account is deleted, Apple can't cancel the request, reopen your account, or restore your data."
