If your iPhone X shows a black screen saying Restore, try restarting your iPhone first.
1. Quickly press volume up and release.
2. Quickly press volume down and release
3. Press and hold the power button, release when you see the Apple logo.
If your iPhone shows the black restore screen after restarting, it needs to be restored via computer, both Mac and Windows can be used.
