Have you made an iCloud Backup of your previous iPhone XR?

If so, then you can restore from that iCloud Backup on your new iPhone. You must log in with the same Apple Account that your previous iPhone was set up with. When you set up your new phone, you can choose to restore from an iCloud Backup in the setup. However, you should be aware that it uses the most recent iCloud Backup - so if your previous XR last made a backup in, for example, 2024, then that copy will be restored to.

Also be aware that a lot of data (if you have activated it) is automatically synchronized with iCloud. These are contacts, photos, files in iCloud Drive, calendar, notes, reminders, etc. You can check what you have stored in iCloud by logging in with your Apple Account here: iCloud.com

If you have not made a backup, and your content is located locally. Then the only option is to have the screen fixed. Unfortunately, it will also not help to connect your iPhone to a Mac or Windows with iTunes, as you will probably be asked to enter your password on the phone - and that will be difficult with a broken screen.

Correct. There may be a risk that the iPhone will need to be restored to factory settings after a screen replacement. So it's not a bulletproof solution.

Hehe that's not my style. I'll either help, or at least try. Otherwise, I'll click on the next question 😊

BTW. Xiaomi 17 Pro HAS Android. Huawei is a better bet, with their HarmonyOS 😉
