Transfer data from broken iPhone

Hi, recently I accidentally drop my IPhone SE 2020 to the ground and sadly the lcd inside are crack and only half of the screen work. I just got a new IPhone 16 and I want to transfer my data without bringing to repairman and I do had a passcode on it and I couldn’t unlock it, is there’s something I can do to transfer the data?
