Incorrect parts replacement notification on original iPhone

Dear Apple Support Team,

I recently received a notification on my iPhone stating that some parts (such as the camera lens, display, or battery) have been replaced or repaired.

I want to clarify that I have never had my iPhone repaired or replaced any parts, nor has it been serviced by any third-party or Apple-authorized service center.

This message appears to be incorrect, as my device has been in my possession since purchase and has not undergone any kind of repair.

Kindly investigate this issue and confirm that my device components are all original and functioning properly.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, this is not Apple Support. Apple and Apple Support do not participate here. Everyone posting and commenting are fellow Apple users, just like you.

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
