I received a notification on my phone that I needed to finish repairing my back glass. However, I have never had a back glass repair. It’s the original part since I’ve had the phone. How do I make it go away?

That's interesting. I'd reach out to Apple Support about this, since as you say, you're the original owner and have never had the back glass replaced on your iPhone.

I also have recently been having this notification pop up. I have owned my phone and bought it new from my phone carrier and never dropped it and both front and rear glass is pristine.
I have also recently been having my phone power down on its own and restart.
