iPhone 15 Pro back glass repair Notifications and random Reboots

My iPhone 15 pro keeps giving me a notification to finish setting up my back glass replacement repair. My phone is almost new. Not even 6months old. Back glass is perfect condition. It continues to shut down and restart on its own every few minutes.
