I'm facing a video flicker problem on my iPhone 17. It happens once in a while, and restarting the phone temporarily fixes it. When will this issue be permanently resolved?
I contacted Apple Support, and after running a diagnostic test, they confirmed that my phone is functioning at full efficiency, meaning it’s a software issue.
Please fix this, Apple.

By saying "Please fix this, Apple" and "when will this issue be permanently resolved?" indicates you think you may be speaking with Apple here? You're not. This is a user to user only forum. And while you may have an issue, that doesn't mean everyone else has the same issue. In fact, I haven't seen anyone else post about flickering while watching videos either during the day or at night. As such, I wouldn't be expecting a fix to something which isn't likely broken for most users.
I have no such issue on my iPhone 17 Pro or 17 Pro Max. There could be other factors at play, like your connection to the internet or whatever service you're streaming from? Also, do you have a VPN installed on your iPhone? If yes, they cause more problems than they could possible solve and it would be advised to completely remove any VPN and associated app from your iPhone.
