Magari non sarebbe cattiva idea una app per 'silenziare' chiamate e msg da numeri sconosciuti ! e magari nemmeno ** mandare ( a questi) messaggio ** richiamare con nome e numero per essere contattati ! chiedo troppo ?

Apple already provides a way to silence unknown callers --> Manage unknown callers on iPhone - Apple Support
And iPhone can block and filter text messages from unknown senders. To manage these messages, you can enable the "Filter Unknown Senders" feature in the Settings app under Messages.
I guess it's NOT too much to ask, since Apple already provides the very features you want.
