I’ve been having problems with my phone since I downloaded the newest update. One of the problems is my flashlights just keeps randomly turning its self on. I’ve already gone in to my settings and turned it off in all the possible place, but it keeps turning on. How can I delete it and go back to the previous version

First try a forced restart then if no joy arrange for a repair.

Do you have the Flashlight shortcut on your Lock Screen? You can remove it from the Lock Screen if you want. Also, do you regularly carry your iPhone in your pants pocket? You may be waking your phone, and then tapping the flashlight shortcut inadvertently. You can stop this behavior, by opening Settings > Accessibility > Touch - turn OFF Tap or Swipe to wake. going forward, to wake your iPhone, you'll need to tap the side power button to wake your phone, but if you carry your phone in your pocket, this may be a better option for you.
I have a 15 pro. I would think it would be able to handle the update
I’ve already turned those things and it’s not just an in my pocket thing. I can have it in my hands and it comes on. So I turn it off, 10-15 seconds later it will come back on
