iPhone 15 microphone is not working over Bluetooth

iphone 15 & bluetooth on my rav4. all of a sudden, no one can hear me thru bluetooth, i can hear them, music works. help!

Bluetooth mic not working with iPhone14 Problem: Bluetooth mics (any brand) don’t work in any app. Resolution: Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices > Hearing Aid Compatibility > turn on I’ve never used hearing aids in my life, and I don’t have any currently. Turning on the compatibility also turns off noise cancellation, so I’m not sure if turning that off is what fixed it. Either way, Bluetooth microphones FINALLY WORK on my iPhone! Please let me know if there is a more streamlined solution.

Increasing microphone volume on iPhone 15 with hearing aids connected via Bluetooth My hearing aids are connected to my iPhone 15 via Bluetooth, but with Bluetooth on nobody can hear me on calls! How can I increase my microphone volume and keep my hearing aids connected? My iPhone streams calls directly to my hearing aids via Bluetooth - which is great because I can actually hear people on the phone! However, they can't hear me... I have to turn bluetooth off for them to be able to hear me which means I can't hear them in my hearing aids. Any advice would be most gratefully received. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

It might be a problem with Apple CarPlay or your Toyota RAV4 microphone. Can you tell me what microphone? That might help me explain a bit. Or maybe it's a problem with the iOS. I'm not sure because that never happened on my BMW X3 2024. On that, Apple CarPlay with calling works fine. Also, regular Bluetooth calling as well.
