No one here can help you. This is a user to user only forum, NOT Apple Support. Have you checked your actual payment method to see if there's a real charge on it? Or did you panic because you got a text or email from someone saying you have a charge. If your payment method wasn't charged and you got a text or email saying you did, you likely got a Phishing attempt. They aren't real. We all get them.

First check your real payment method to see if there's an actual charge. If there isn't you weren't charged.

If you do see an actual charge on your card for something you didn't buy, see what to do here --> If you see an Apple Services charge you don't recognize on your Apple Card - Apple Support

And if you got a text or email, which isn't real, read this --> Recognize and avoid social engineering schemes including phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Chances are high that you are being scammed. and Apple cannot help. There is a way you can check it yourself. Start here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, Apple will have no record of what criminals do, and only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.

⚠️ Important note for reviewing your Apple purchase history: If you are using Family Sharing, make sure you set the "Apple ID" box to the "All" option to get a complete history of purchases Apple shows as made from your account:

If it was a fraudulent charge and not made by you or a family member that is authorized to make purchases through Purchase Sharing, then you must dispute the charge with your credit card. That is how all dispute resolutions work with a fraudulent credit card purchase, and also prevents a compromised card from being used at another location. The credit card company takes on the responsibility of refunding your money if they are not able to prove you made the purchase, because they are the ones that approved the charge.
