the display of my New iPhone 17 Pro purchased a week before suddenly stopped while working. I tried to force stop and 1 hr charging as recommended by apple support team, but is unresolved. I can feel vibration, listen emergency call tone with flash on, but the display so not working

So did you manage to force a reboot?
Press and release volume up, then volume down, then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this can take 20-30 seconds).
If you are unable to reboot and the display will not come on at all, ask Siri to turn up the brightness. If that fails as well, make an appointment at the Genius Bar.

Then you need to take it in for service.
