just don’t wanna open needed WiFi to CarPlay device.

You need to enable WiFi on your iPhone - otherwise CarPlay will connect via Bluetooth. Try putting your car's infotainment in pairing mode, and look in Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone, and see if it shows up.
If CarPlay has worked before (which I suspect) - then remove CarPlay from your iPhone, and pair my car again. Also remember to remove the connection in your car's infotainment system before setting up again.
You can remove your CarPlay from your iPhone here:
Settings > General > CarPlay > select your car > Forget this car.
