We added a second AppleTV Matter compatible 4K to Homekit last night. Nothing works this morning. I was under the impression that 2 Apple TV were actually a good thing…..Does anyone have ‘’insight’’ about this?What is the best procedure to remove the new one?

First install the latest tvOS 26.1 software on your new Apple tv, then perform a Restart. You can also select a preferred home hub So it’s not using the new one. It’s added to HomeKit once you’re signed into it with your primary Apple ID. Not being signed in would limit how you use it.
