Overlapping Apple TV subscriptions with T-Mobile and Xfinity on Roku and iPhone

So I have the AppleTV app on my Roku streaming TV & IPhone. It’s been covered by T-Mobile under my cellular service plan for over a year for so.. Just recently Apple account shows “overlapping subscriptions” for Apple TV, one by T-Mob, the other “included with my Xfinity plan “ I don’t have..

I’m not being charged , curious why though and if there’s a security risk?

Original Title: My AppleTv subscription is covered by T-Mobile as part of my service. Though subscriptions in Icloud and my Iphone show a 2nd AppleTV subscription included with “my Xfinity service”... Though I dont use Xfiniity for any services.. Please advise.
