Unable to delete an empty shortcut from iPhone

I have a shortcut that i accidentally added to my page but the thing is i didnt add any apps onto the shortcut or anything so i can delete and it is just stuck onto my homepage now as when i tap edit homepage it doesnt have the minus symbol for me to delete it (the photo below is what happens when i tap edit my homepage)

You probably have ‘Deleting Apps’ disabled. Check screen time settings and go to ‘Content and Privacy Restrictions.’ then click ‘iTunes and App Store Purchases.’ You should then see a setting called Deleting Apps in the tab. If it says Don’t Allow, click it and change it to Allow. If it says Allow, I don’t know how else to help you. Hope this helps!
