When using the Apple TV app to play TV+ shows or movies, there's no picture, only sound and subtitles. However, it works fine on my iPhone 15 Pro and Apple TV 4K, both devices are running the latest version of OS. Is it because my iPadOS version is too old and the TV app no longer supports it?Is upgrading the system the only solution?

An iPad on iPadOS 15.x should fully support Apple TV+ streaming. However all iPad Pros would support at least OS 16.x.

If you haven’t done so already, please try force-quitting the Apple TV app, and restarting the iPad. Then try again.
