I can sign in to Macys.com but am prevented from shopping because of the Access Denied. Am shopping on my IMAC and using Firefox as browser.

I am running Mojave with Firefox 115.29 Oesr and I got through to check-out to enter my details etc but obviously did not proceed so there might be another reason it doesn't work for you eg an internet filter you are running such as Little Snitch.
I have an iMac 5K2017 I've kept on Mojave until I complete a project that requires apss that only run older on macOS versions. Some selling sites simply do not work with that old an OS for security.
I have found the current version of FireFox ESR works with many sales sites. You can find your FireFox version with "About Firefox" here:
That brings up this window showing your FF version:
According to your signature you are running macOS 10.14 Mojave on an iMac. It's possible your version of macOS and Firefox are too old to work correctly on Macy's site.
The OP may not be running Firefox 115.29.0 ESR.
Thank you. I did download the Firefox 115.29.0 esr but I still get Access Denied. I tried to upgrade to Mac OS Ventura and it seemed to download but my IMAC isn't showing it as the OS. It's still shows as Mojave 10.14.5. It's only Macy's that is a problem.
