iPhone 12 mini bootloop during charging

My phone starts to restart when I plug my phone into an Original Apple Charger. I bought this phone as a second-hand unit so I'm assuming they got the battery replaced. I did managed to charge my phone only through the cables they gave me. I did try wireless charging using Magsafe but to the same problem - it keeps on restarting until it overheats. This problem have been going on for a few weeks now.
