Apple ESPN subscription not working

I can't access ESPN using my email that is associated with my Apple Account. Disney says I don't have an active subscription with that email.

I purchased a peacock subscription purchased through my Apple TV but when I try to open the peacock app it wants my email and password. I’m logged into Apple TV on the same account that I used to purchase my Peacock subscription. I download the Peacock app, and it’s asking me to logon, but it’s asking for a Peacock account, not my Apple logon. (If I try using my Apple ID, it says there’s no such account.) If I try to create an account, its asking me to pay for a Peacock plan, even thought I already did that via Apple TV subscription. The Peacock app does not appear to be aware that I purchased a subscription, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to access the Peacock content without purchasing a subscription for a 2nd time. Obviously, that’s not what I want to do. This question was posted in 2022 by another user, and I consulted the response, but did not find it helpful. Really appreciate if someone could post a thoughtful new response rather than regurgitating the previous response. If that doesn’t work, I’m going to need a refund, but I’m missing the Olympics while I wait. Thanks!

I can't redeem the apple subscription offer received from Currys Perks. I've received an email from the currys after placing an order from there that demonstrates a 3months free apple services subscription. It has 4 sections for Apple Music, TV+, Fitness+ and Arcade that must be redeemed separately. However, the Apple TV+ and Fitness+ links doesn't work and nothing happens when I click on them. I've expected to open the Apple website and ask my apple ID to active them but its web page won't oppened and it seems that those links won't work correctly.

Unable to log into Paramount on Apple TV app via Apple One When I sign into the app via a partner, it comes up saying denied contact Apple , I thought it was included in Apple one family subscription. That probably means you have a subscription with a different email. Did you perhaps subscribe using “Hide my email”? Go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and tap Hide My Email to see.

Then the only other possibility is you subscribed with a different email, or you let the subscription lapse.
