IOS update from 26.0.1 to 26.1 takes 4.92Gb storage?

Try to update iOS from 26.0.1 to 26.1, showing will take 4.92Gb, is it legit update?

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 26

The full iOS os about 15GB so yes sounds OK
