I dropped my phone and when I shake it, it cracks inside

is it normal? I want to go for help to apple care service because I don’t like that sound very much. Is the guaranty service is for free? I mean the repair (I have iPhone 16 pro max not the 7 plus that shows down)

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
