iPhone 13 Pro Display flickering after OS update

after updating my phone to iOS 26 (not beta), to my horror my phone (iPhone 13 pro) started flickering completely and turned green eventually, there are horizontal lines running accross the phone screen and sometimes flickers to a uniform color a cross the screen, I have this case registered, the service Center as checked out the phone and confirmed no scratches, dents, water damages, or internal tampering from 3rd party and the service Center asked Apple for out of warranty replacement exception, however Apple didn’t provide they with the CScode and denied free screen replacement despite it not being a user induced damage, moreover I was informed before submitting my phone for repair the service Center said they were aware abt the issue and have replaced screen on this issue for free of cost however it turnes out my phone isint in their “list” of exceptions and I am told to pay out of pocket for a new display (which costs Rs26,800) an absurd amount for a customer to pay for a software update related issue, the case has been running since 4th November 2025, anyone can help me regarding this ?
