iPhone 7 Plus software update stuck at iOS 15.7

I have an iPhone 7 Plus but it’s 15.7 IOS, and the software update doesn’t want to go through its just loading not even showing what version the phone is and the phone is not even resetting can someone please help me

An iPhone 7 Plus cannot update to iOS 16 or any later version. You’re already on the latest version you can be, until you upgrade to a newer model of iPhone.
