iPhone 17 Pro Max: Persistent Issues but Genius Bar Cannot Detect Any Problems

I have been experiencing several ongoing issues with my iPhone 17 Pro Max, including:

1. Frequent app crashes

2. Data loss after closing certain apps

3. Bluetooth connection lag and instability

4. Intermittent system data loss

5. General system instability during normal use

I visited the Apple Store Genius Bar twice. Both times, they told me the hardware was fine. They suspected it was a software issue, reinstalled the system, and reset the device, but all the problems continued afterward.

Since the Genius Bar diagnostics showed “no issues,” I’m now stuck with a device that still has serious problems but is considered perfectly fine by Apple’s tools. This caused wasted time, multiple store visits, and additional data loss, yet I still have no solution.

I would like to know:

1. Has anyone else with an iPhone 17 Pro Max experienced similar issues?

2. Are there deeper diagnostics Apple can run when the standard Genius Bar tests cannot detect the problem?

3. Any advice on how to get this resolved?

Thank you for any help or insight.

I have been having multiple issues as well. Including instability issues and AppleCare play issues and my AirPod max's won’t automatically disconnect. I have had multiple phone calls with apple and they are just brushing it all off. I’m so frustrated but unfortunately I don’t know what to do either. Apples customer service as well as their quality has really gone down hill. They either don’t know or don’t care about what’s going on.
