How do I prevent screenshots from blocking information on iPhone?

The latest OS for I phones is not useful in taking screen shots. Its blocks large part of the information which we want to have for evidence. For example in Whatsapp, it covers / blocks the senders name which makes useless! Can apple look into this

I can't take a "full page" iPhone screenshot of text message Desperately want to take a pdf or html of two long text message screens. Want to use them, showing date, time, user, etc as evidence for restraining order because of threats in some of messages. Restrictions: Use only iphone SE 2020, ios16, no mac. info on photo in photos app: icon next to jpeg there is an icon beside the jpeg label box on certain pictures saved in the photos library on my iphone 6s, like the contacts icon when there’s no saved image for the contact.. the label where it says jpeg has also displayed HEIF but there is an icon next to jpeg label only in a select few photos my girlfriend took, could it be they were sent to someone? can’t find details on that specific part of the info section in photos. any assistance is helpful.

Extra step to delete screenshots Since iOS 26 iPhone no longer has the option to delete a screenshot right away after sending it. I must go into photos to do this. This is an annoying extra step. Has anyone else experienced this annoyance?

A screenshot will make an image of whatever is displayed on screen. What exactly is the issue?
