New iphone 16 pro stuck on update of ios26.1 and on hello screen

Hello, i have bought a new iphone 16 pro and then it tried immidietly to connect to my old phone and tried to preform update of ios26.1 which got stuck and later it got stuck to hello screen and it was not possible to move pass it and enter password. I tried to preform recovery mode and it didnt work and then connected to itunes but it is asking constantly to update it with newest version of itunes because this ones can not update or restore this model. Also i tried downloading on microsoft store newest version this one doesnt recognize my phone. The versions available on apple store 12.13.2.3 is recognizing the phone but it is now allowing to restore as it needs to be newer version. I am desperate i have bought and paid a lot of money to newer iphone and i didnt even seen how my background looks as it is already stock. I have my iphone 11 which never had this kind of issue. Where to find this newest version?
