Turn off All VPNs:

Are any VPNs on? If so, turn them off.

If your daughter is using an Android device, you won’t be able to share passes directly from the iOS Wallet app. Apple Wallet is designed to work only within Apple’s ecosystem, so passes stored there can’t be transferred to Android through the Wallet itself. To share the same pass with her, you’d need to use an alternative method—such as sending the original QR code, barcode, or link provided by the issuer—rather than relying on Wallet’s built‑in sharing.

Some ticket issuers do not permit sharing from a Wallet. You may need to go back to your account with the issuer and send the ticket from your account to your daughter.
