Unauthorized App Store charges billed via carrier billing
Hello,
I need assistance with several unauthorized App Store charges that were billed to my mobile number through Carrier Billing (A1).
These purchases were NOT made by me.
Important details about the situation:
- The A1 SIM card that was charged for these purchases was not in my possession until September 15th.
- Until September 15th, the SIM card was inside my son’s Android phone.
- Between September 12th and 14th, his Android phone displayed repeated alerts that a password or code was being changed, which strongly suggests unauthorized access or a security breach.
- After September 15th, I did receive the SIM card, but my iPhone was immediately taken by the police as part of an investigation, so I did not have access to either the phone or the SIM card at the time these purchases were made.
- Therefore, I could not have made any of these transactions:
- Before 15 September – because the SIM was not with me.
- After 15 September – because I did not have access to my device (iPhone was with the police).
Please check the following transaction IDs:
- 02.09 – Apple Purchase (ID: MKX6JTYVH4)
- 12.09 – Apple Purchase (ID: MKX6KY8FTJ)
- 18.09 – Apple Purchase (ID: MKX6LDW5TH)
- 19.09 – Apple Purchase (ID: MKX6LJ6FVW)
- 26.09 – Apple Purchase (ID: MKX6M7SXFZ)
I kindly request the following information for each transaction:
- Which Apple ID was used for the purchase.
- From which device the purchase was made (device model / operating system).
- The location/region or IP address associated with the purchase.
- Whether there are any signs of Apple ID compromise at the time these transactions occurred.
These purchases were made without my authorization, during a period when I did not have access to the SIM card or the phone, and I urgently need this information to complete the official dispute process with my mobile operator.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
