iPhone 17 Pro Max Battery Drain Rate

Can anyone please tell me if this is a normal battery drain rate for iPhone 17 Promax with 100% battery health:

Wifi off, Airplane mode on

10:21 AM - 100%

2:39 PM - 83%

4:43 PM - 71%

5:15 PM - 70%

Drain rate is 30%, device is on, but on Airplane mode and wifi is off. Mobile Care service center says it is normal but I don't think this is normal especially that the phone is boasting 37 hours video playback.
