Hi everyone,
I received my iPhone 17 Pro Max today, ordered online from Apple Italy. But the return date shows only 14 days, not 20 January 2026 like the holiday return policy says.
Has anyone else had this issue? Do you know why the extended return window isn’t showing?

Best to contact Apple Support and ask them to send you a revised receipt that displays the correct return dates.

I am assuming that Apple's extended return offer is good In Italy.
On what date was your credit card charged for the purchase?
What is the date shown on the sales receipt that was available to you via email?
I ordered it on 12 November 2025 and received it today. The extended return policy should have already been in effect when I placed the order, so that’s why I’m confused. My credit card was charged on the same day, and the email receipt also shows 12 November 2025 as the purchase date.
Thanks alot for the advice. The return window has now updated correctly on my end. Earlier it was showing only 14 days, so it must have been a glitch. Everything looks fine now.
