Ring Doorbell notifications delayed after Apple Watch and iPhone upgrade

I have just upgraded my apple watch 6 to a new Apple Watch 11 synced to iPhone 16 Pro. Since then a lot of my Ring Doorbell notifications are arriving up to 3 hours late. Not always, but enough to be annoying, especially if I’m away from home.

Why does my Apple Watch Series 10 get notifications instead of my iPhone? my Apple Watch (series 10) keeps being the default for notifications, regardless if it’s charging or not. It’s on an Apple charger so there’s no 3rd party issue. Even if the watch is charging, my phone doesn’t vibrate or get notifications overall, just the watch. how do I fix this? Why is there a notification delay between my iPhone and my Apple Watch? Hi, Since I updated my Apple Watch, notifications are either coming through delayed (they come up on my phone - unlocked or locked) and then after 15-20 seconds comes through to my watch. It used to only buzz on my watch which is preferred. I've also noticed my alarms are going off on my phone but not my watch. How can I fix both of these issues? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
