I have a new iPhone16e that did not pair with old apple watch before clearing iPhone 13 pro. Now I can't get phone to find watch. any help would be appreciated.

Did you remember to unpair your Watch from your old iPhone? If not, thats okay and you can do so now by going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings. Once the Watch is at the Hello screen, it should be ready for pairing.
